Family Reunion
Last week, we spent a few days in Idaho, with my family and then at Jess's family reunion. We had such a great time. It was good to see all of Jess's family in one place!
You climbed the 'Y'?
A couple of Saturdays ago, I wanted to exercise, but didn't feel like running or biking, so I hiked the 'Y.' Later in the day when Jess asked me what I had done that day, I said "I hiked the 'Y.' He didn't believe me, but here's proof. It was a very nice day, and no fires had started yet...

4th of July
Happy 4th of July! This year we stuck around home and enjoyed the activities.

Each day on my way to work, and Jess' way home, we enjoyed the balloons rising up into the cloudless skies!

We floated the Provo River! I have wanted to do this every summer. We went with a few of my cousins who were in town.

Idaho
This is why I like Idaho: drive twenty minutes to go four-wheeling with hardly any other people there on a Saturday, beautiful scenery, and perfect temperatures in the summer.
The Tetons
Last weekend Jess and I were able to get away and go home to visit.
We went four-wheeling with my family by Green Canyon.
We parked the four-wheelers and hiked down to Pack Saddle Lake, where Jess camped for scouts when he was growing up.
How to Get a Free Meal
Let me explain. A few weeks ago, some friends and I went out to eat after our softball game. I had just used the restaurant's bathroom, where a previous user had done something to make the toilet unable to flush. I told the workers at the front of the restaurant about the bathroom situation and had just sat down when the waitress brought out our four huge glasses of water. It was slow motion as we watched all four waters dump into my lap! Needless to say, I had a water problem that night.and that is how you get a free meal........
