With Jess' mom, we drove up to Kirtland, OH and then to Palmyra, NY. We had such a great trip!
B-ryce did really well with all the driving. (We had lots of tractor books to read)

Palmyra Temple is visible on the walk from the first Smith home to the frame home later built by Alvin Smith.

The original road went right between the two Smith homes, but was later moved north of the Smith frame home (left in the picture).
Best part of the trip--walking through the Sacred Grove on a Sunday morning. The feeling there is really amazing. It was so peaceful.
