Best Scrambled Eggs

A chef in the making--here he is stirring up his favorite breakfast

Best scrambled eggs ever, adapted from the Schwarzbein Principle Cookbook
1 egg
1 T milk
2 T cream cheese
1/8 t garlic powder
Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Let your 2-year-old crack the egg into the pan and remove several egg shell pieces. Instruct him to stir the egg while you add milk, cream cheese, and garlic powder. Get an additional spoon to stir the eggs before they burn because 2-year-old is busy trying to stir with the first spoon. Stir until cheese is melted and egg is done. Help him sit in his high chair and let him buckle himself in, then pretend he is the one squirting the ketchup on top and congratulate him on his good job of ketchup administration. Enjoy! Oh, don't forget to protect your eyes with sunglasses minus lenses--that is a must when cooking the best scrambled eggs ever!

I LOVE the glasses. Start the men young on teaching them how to cook is a great idea.
